“People tend to forget that when it comes to digital transformation, the keyword is transformation and not digital. And managing change and transformation comes with an entirely different skill set. I’ve always believed managing change is a capability that can be developed and built. It is also recognised as one of the most essential skill sets for leaders today, especially in the age where change is constant. People are looking for change leadership, people who are capable of driving, managing and delivering transformations.”
